IT Infrastructure Expansion Strategies & Procurement for Enterprises in Europe | Cloud, Hybrid, Colocation & Edge
We help enterprises assess current IT infrastructure, define, estimate future expansion strategies, and structure procurement for complex, high-impact environments — from data centres to distributed edge.
About Our Company

Moroz & Partners is an independent advisory partnership supporting enterprises with IT infrastructure expansion strategies and procurement across cloud, hybrid, colocation, edge, and data centres. The partnership brings together senior consultants from complementary specialisations, with a shared background in data centre design, development, and complex infrastructure delivery across Europe.

With expertise spanning engineering, commercial, and data-driven analysis, we support enterprises at a critical decision point: assessing existing IT infrastructure and defining future expansion paths before long-term commitments are made.

Operating in a vendor-agnostic and independent role, we help clients structure strategies, evaluate options, and procure solutions that are technically robust, commercially sound, and aligned with long-term business growth.

Operating in Italy, Switzerland and Netherlands.

Our Services
The Starting Point (Without Us)
A typical mid-to-large enterprise in logistics, retail, or finance
  • IT infrastructure has grown organically, often across on-prem, cloud, and third-party data centres
  • Costs are rising unpredictably, with limited visibility on CAPEX vs OPEX
  • Expansion decisions are driven by urgency, vendor pressure, or internal politics
  • Cloud, colocation, and data centre options are difficult to compare
  • Procurement teams struggle to assess technical, commercial, and SLA risks
  • Critical decisions must be defended at board level, but data is fragmented or incomplete
Result:
  • High risk of lock-in, overspending, or sub-optimal long-term infrastructure choices
