Anastasia brings developer-side experience in land development, pre-construction and procurement, including value engineering and planning at Vantage. She represents the client across landowners, designers, legal advisers and utility providers.
Moroz & Partners brings together Anastasia Moroz and her specialist collaborators. Anastasia leads the client relationship and coordinates the agreed project activities. Collaborators contribute their expertise according to the needs and scope of each appointment.

We agree a specific client-side remit and map it against existing appointments. This may cover local follow-up, power interfaces or consolidated owner reporting, so responsibilities remain clear.
Can you support phased power connections?
We coordinate the programme and stakeholder interfaces for phased MV/HV connections with the appointed electrical specialists and network operators. Feasibility, capacity and connection dates depend on technical assessment and operator decisions.
Can we appoint you for only part of the development?
Yes. We can agree a defined review, a workstream or ongoing support with a specified time allocation. The appointment reflects your team’s needs and available capacity.
