Representing the client across separate appointments
Architects, engineers, legal advisers and utility specialists each have their own remit. Moroz & Partners represents the client across these interfaces, bringing their inputs into a common development programme and addressing issues that affect the next decision. Based in Milan, Anastasia works in Italian and English with local teams and international stakeholders.
Authorisation, planning and risk
We coordinate parallel permit activities with the appointed legal and design advisers, including management of the Single Authorisation procedure where applicable. The programme connects authorisation dependencies with the power strategy, identifies risks and assigns mitigation actions to the responsible specialists.
Procurement and value engineering
We lead scope reviews, procurement coordination and commercial discussions with the client’s cost and legal advisers. Value engineering considers design and specification alternatives and their cost implications with the project team, supporting agreed cost-saving solutions.
A focused appointment or ongoing support
The appointment can cover a defined workstream or ongoing pre-construction support. We agree responsibilities, decision authority, programme priorities and the evidence required for client decisions at the outset.
