Establishing the right utility interfaces
A power strategy needs responsible project contacts and reliable information. We represent the client in discussions with Terna and distribution network operators, coordinating with the appointed electrical specialists and following up commitments and open questions.
Connecting power milestones with development
We bring substation design and construction commitments, phased MV/HV plans and site development dependencies into the programme. The aim is a clear view of the agreed strategy, its assumptions and the decisions required from the client and appointed specialists.
Evidence for investors and stakeholders
We consolidate evidence of agreements, responsibilities and progress so international stakeholders can follow local utility interfaces. We establish the connection timeline for investor reporting and highlight dependencies or changes that require attention.
Client representation and specialist responsibility
We manage programme and stakeholder interfaces. Electrical design, technical studies and statutory responsibilities remain with appointed specialists; network capacity, feasibility and connection dates remain subject to operator decisions.
